de poisson<\/li><li>du parmesan rapp\u00e9<\/li><li>1 \u00e9chalote<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1 \u2013 Faire revenir l\u2019\u00e9chalote dans un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 \u2013 Ajouter les fruits de mer, les \u00e9pinards, le safran, le vin blanc et le fond de poisson puis laisser cuire environ 15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 \u2013 Ajouter la cr\u00e8me liquide et laisser
