Au menu, des viandes matur\u00e9es d\u2019exception qui, je dois l\u2019admettre, m\u2019ont surpris par leur tendret\u00e9 et leur saveur. Le jeune chef, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/daniel.renaudie1\/\">Daniel Renaudie<\/a>, form\u00e9 en Isra\u00ebl puis \u00e0 Amsterdam par des chefs \u00e9toil\u00e9s, travaille dans le respect des produits. La viande est simplement grill\u00e9e, et les assaisonnements sont servi \u00e0 part, comme il se doit. Des sauces traditionnelles, mais aussi quelques cr\u00e9ations surprenantes viennent agr\u00e9menter votre bavette ou entrec\u00f4te savoureuse (je vous conseille la tr\u00e8s originale Folle Furieuse). En accompagnement, peu de choix mais tout est travaill\u00e9 avec soin (mention sp\u00e9ciale pour la pur\u00e9e fraicheur au citron et cebette).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ne rien g\u00e2cher au plaisir, tous les vendredis, samedis et dimanches de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, la terrasse s\u2019anime d\u2019un Live Drag Show avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/SweetyParisEvent\">Sweety Bonbon<\/a>, \u00e0 partir de 18 h. Toute la rue prend alors un air de f\u00eate et on aper\u00e7oit les passants esquisser quelques pas de danse.&nbsp;Il faut dire que Christophe, le charmant patron des lieux, est aussi le propri\u00e9taire du <a href=\"https:\/\/divas-kabaret.fr\">Diva\u2019s Kabaret<\/a>, attenant au restaurant et qui rouvrira ses portes en septembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les ingr\u00e9dients sont l\u00e0 pour passer une soir\u00e9e chaleureuse en compagnie de cette joyeuse troupe. Et si, comme nous, vous \u00eates chanceux, Christophe vous montrera peut-\u00eatre son fabuleux tr\u00e9sors, enfoui dans les caves du restaurant.
