Une double friandise pour ceux qui ne savent pas choisir entre bonbons et g\u00e2teaux. Succ\u00e8s assur\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des enfants.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mesinventionsmanger.files.wordpress.com\/2016\/11\/dsc6194.jpg\" alt=\"_dsc6194\" class=\"wp-image-605\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour environ 30 choux&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>500 g de lait<\/li><li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li><li>20 g de sucre semoule<\/li><li>250 g de beurre<\/li><li>280 g de farine<\/li><li>8 \u0153ufs<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 L de lait<\/li><li>1 gousse de vanille<\/li><li>8 jaunes d\u2019\u0153uf<\/li><li>200 g de sucre semoule<\/li><li>75 g de farine<\/li><li>40 g de beurre<\/li><li>1 cuil \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019ar\u00f4me fraise Tagada<\/li><li>1&nbsp;cuil \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019ar\u00f4me Carambar<\/li><li>1 cuil \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019ar\u00f4me chamallow<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le gla\u00e7age&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 blanc d\u2019\u0153uf<\/li><li>300 g de sucre glace<\/li><li>\u00bd cuil \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de chaque arome<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la pr\u00e9sentation&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 paquet de fraises tagada<\/li><li>1 paquet de chamallow<\/li><li>1 paquet de mini Carambars<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1 &#8211; Dans une casserole m\u00e9langez, le lait, le sel, le sucre et le beurre en morceaux et&nbsp;amen\u00e9&nbsp;\u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Surveillez bien afin que le lait ne d\u00e9borde pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 \u2013 Coupez le feu et ajoutez la farine en pluie. M\u00e9langez la pr\u00e9paration puis remettez-la sur le feu pour bien la s\u00e9cher, tout en continuant de m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 &#8211; Ajoutez les \u0153ufs un \u00e0 un et m\u00e9langez bien entre chaque. Vous pouvez utiliser un batteur ou un robot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 \u2013 Formez des petit tas sur une plaque de cuisson en les espa\u00e7ant bien car les choux gonflent beaucoup \u00e0 la cuisson. Enfournez \u00e0 180\u00b0 et laissez cuire pendant 25 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mesinventionsmanger.files.wordpress.com\/2016\/11\/dsc6192.jpg\" alt=\"_dsc6192\" class=\"wp-image-606\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9parez la cr\u00e8me&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 \u2013 Mettez le lait \u00e0 chauffer dans une casserole avec la gousse de vanille fendue et gratt\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 \u2013 Fouettez les jaunes d\u2019\u0153uf et le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse puis ajoutez la farine. Versez le lait chaud en plusieurs fois, sur le m\u00e9lange tout en continuant \u00e0 fouetter. Reversez dans la casserole et laissez cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9paississement sans cesser de remuer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7 \u2013 Hors du feu, incorporez le beurre en m\u00e9langeant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 refroidissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Garnissez les choux&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8 \u2013 R\u00e9partissez la cr\u00e8me dans 3 bols et ajoutez une cuil \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019ar\u00f4me de bonbon dans chaque. (Vous pouvez ajouter quelques gouttes de colorant alimentaire de la couleur des bonbons.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9 \u2013 A l\u2019aide d\u2019une poche \u00e0 douille, remplissez les choux de cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re aromatis\u00e9e, par le dessous, en perdant un trou avec l&#8217;embout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mesinventionsmanger.files.wordpress.com\/2016\/11\/dsc6196.jpg\" alt=\"_dsc6196\" class=\"wp-image-607\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9parez le gla\u00e7age&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10 \u2013 Fouettez le blanc d\u2019\u0153uf en y incorporant le sucre glace petit \u00e0 petit. R\u00e9partissez ce m\u00e9lange dans 3 bols et ajoutez dans chacun \u00bd cuil \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de chaque ar\u00f4me de bonbon.
