{"id":200,"date":"2016-04-26T19:10:44","date_gmt":"2016-04-26T17:10:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.miam.cooking\/?p=200"},"modified":"2020-10-16T19:12:09","modified_gmt":"2020-10-16T17:12:09","slug":"lasagne-vegetarienne-sans-lactose","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.miam.cooking\/index.php\/2016\/04\/26\/lasagne-vegetarienne-sans-lactose\/","title":{"rendered":"LASAGNE V\u00c9G\u00c9TARIENNE SANS LACTOSE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Cette recette de lasagne s\u00e9duira les v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens et v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens puisque r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sans viande et sans lactose.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mesinventionsmanger.files.wordpress.com\/2016\/04\/lasagne-vegan.jpg\" alt=\"lasagne vegan\" class=\"wp-image-497\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour 8 personnes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>4 belles courgettes<\/li><li>2 belles aubergines<\/li><li>2 poivrons de couleurs diff\u00e9rentes<\/li><li>150 g de lasagnes s\u00e8ches<\/li><li>4 belles tomates bien m\u00fbres<\/li><li>5 champignons de Paris<\/li><li>2 oignons<\/li><li>4 gousses d\u2019ail<\/li><li>1 cube de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes bio<\/li><li>20 cl de vin blanc<\/li><li>1 l de lait de soja<\/li><li>4 cuil \u00e0 soupe de farine<\/li><li>20 cl d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li><li>6 cuil \u00e0 soupe de levure de bi\u00e8re en paillettes<\/li><li>Sel, poivre, muscade<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1 \u2013 \u00c9plucher et couper les oignons en morceaux, \u00e9craser l\u2019ail apr\u00e8s l\u2019avoir \u00e9pluch\u00e9, laver et couper les champignons et les tomates en d\u00e8s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 \u2013 Faire revenir les oignons et l\u2019ail dans un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, ajouter les champignons et les tomates puis mouiller avec le vin blanc et le bouillon de l\u00e9gume dissous dans un peu d\u2019eau chaude. Laisser mijoter au moins 20 min en ajoutant un peu d\u2019eau si n\u00e9cessaire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 \u2013 Pendant ce temps, d\u00e9couper les courgettes et les aubergines dans le sens de la longueur, \u00e9p\u00e9piner et couper les poivrons en 4 dans le sens de la hauteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 \u2013 Disposer les l\u00e9gumes sur une plaque \u00e0 four et les faire colorer \u00e0 220 \u00b0C jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils prennent une jolie couleur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 \u2013 Dans une casserole \u00e0 feu doux, verser l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et laisser chauffer un peu puis verser la farine en pluie et m\u00e9langer. Ajouter le lait de soja peu \u00e0 peu en fouettant sans arr\u00eat pour \u00e9viter les grumeaux<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 \u2013 Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu moyen en remuant constamment jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paississe. Saler, poivrer et ajouter de la muscade ainsi que la moiti\u00e9 de la levure de bi\u00e8re<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7 \u2013 Monter la lasagne en couches successives en commen\u00e7ant par un peu de sauce tomate, une couche de l\u00e9gumes, une couche de lasagne et une couche de b\u00e9chamel. Recommencer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9puisement des ingr\u00e9dients en terminant par une couche de b\u00e9chamel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8 \u2013 Saupoudrer le reste de levure de bi\u00e8re et enfourner pour 1 h \u00e0 180 \u00b0C. V\u00e9rifier que les lasagnes sont tendres en piquant avec la pointe d\u2019un couteau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>[[INFO+]]<\/p><p>Vous pouvez agr\u00e9menter votre sauce tomate \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt avec des feuilles de basilic, de l\u2019origan ou encore de l\u2019estragon.
