Attendez vous \u00e0 \u00e9blouir vos convives et \u00e0 une pluie de compliments.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mesinventionsmanger.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/10\/img_3267.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mesinventionsmanger.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/10\/img_3267.jpg?w=300\" alt=\"G\u00e2teau n\u00e9nuphar\" class=\"wp-image-258\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le sponge cake :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>900 g de farine<\/li><li>700 g de sucre<\/li><li>2 sachets de levure chimique<\/li><li>800 g de beurre<\/li><li>14 \u0153ufs moyens<\/li><li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019extrait d\u2019amande am\u00e8re<\/li><li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019extrait de caf\u00e9<\/li><li>2 sachets de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li><li>6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de lait<\/li><li>1 pointe de colorant alimentaire vert<\/li><li>1 pointe de colorant alimentaire beige<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la ganache&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>375 g de beurre<\/li><li>700 g de sucre glace<\/li><li>100 g de cacao amer<\/li><li>10 cl de kirsch<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les d\u00e9corations&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>200 g de pate \u00e0 sucre de diff\u00e9rentes couleurs<\/li><li>des emportes pi\u00e8ces des formes d\u00e9sir\u00e9es (fleurs, feuilles\u2026)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mesinventionsmanger.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/10\/img_3280.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mesinventionsmanger.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/10\/img_3280.jpg?w=300\" alt=\"G\u00e2teau n\u00e9nuphar\" class=\"wp-image-261\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>1 \u2013 Dans un robot m\u00e9langer 450 g de farine avec 350 g de sucre, 1 sachet de levure et 1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9 puis ajouter le beurre pommade coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux et p\u00e9trir quelques minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 \u2013 Ajouter 7 \u0153ufs puis 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de lait et enfin l\u2019ar\u00f4me d\u2019amande am\u00e8re et le colorant vert. Il est normal que le m\u00e9lange vous semble plus \u00e9pais qu\u2019une p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau traditionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 \u2013 Verser dans un moule de et le taper un peu contre le plan de travail afin de bien r\u00e9partir la pate puis enfourner \u00e0 160\u00b0\/170\u00b0 pour 1h30 \u00e0 1h45 selon les fours. Piquer avec un couteau pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson. Le g\u00e2teau doit reprendre sa forme si vous appuyez sur le dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 \u2013 Laisser refroidir puis d\u00e9mouler et recommencer l\u2019op\u00e9ration avec l\u2019ar\u00f4me caf\u00e9 et le colorant beige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 \u2013 Pour la ganache, placer le beurre pommade en morceaux dans votre robot et la moiti\u00e9 du sucre glace. P\u00e9trir quelques minutes puis ajouter l\u2019autre moiti\u00e9 du sucre et p\u00e9trir \u00e0 nouveau. Ajouter le kirsch et p\u00e9trir encore quelques minutes. Lorsque le m\u00e9lange est bien lisse ajouter 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cacao. R\u00e9server un tiers du m\u00e9lange puis ajouter un autre tiers du cacao. R\u00e9server \u00e0 nouveau la moiti\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange et ajouter le reste de cacao. Le but est d\u2019obtenir 3 bols de ganache de nuances diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mesinventionsmanger.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/10\/img_3268.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mesinventionsmanger.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/10\/img_3268.jpg?w=300\" alt=\"G\u00e2teau n\u00e9nuphar\" class=\"wp-image-259\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>6 \u2013 D\u00e9couper les g\u00e2teaux en deux dans le sens de l\u2019\u00e9paisseur puis d\u00e9poser un premier disque sur un plat de pr\u00e9sentation. R\u00e9partir 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupes de ganache la plus fonc\u00e9e puis poser un autre disque d\u2019une couleur diff\u00e9rente. R\u00e9partir \u00e0 nouveau de la ganache de la couleur moyenne et renouveler l\u2019op\u00e9ration avec le troisi\u00e8me et quatri\u00e8me disque et la ganache claire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7 \u2013 Appliquer une premi\u00e8re couche fine de ganache sur l\u2019ensemble du g\u00e2teau afin d\u2019emprisonner les miettes. Laisser durcir \u00e0 l\u2019air libre pendant environ une heure puis appliquer une couche plus \u00e9paisse en op\u00e9rant un d\u00e9grad\u00e9 du haut vers le bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8 \u2013 D\u00e9couper les d\u00e9corations dans la p\u00e2te \u00e0 sucre \u00e0 l\u2019aide des emportes pi\u00e8ces puis les d\u00e9poser sur le g\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce g\u00e2teau spectaculaire est un superbe dessert de f\u00eate pour environ 50 personnes.
